Shipping Methods

Shipping is through the U. S. Post Office (parcel post), Fed Ex or United Parcel Service (UPS).

Orders placed after 12:00 eastern time will be processed the next business day. This includes overnight and 2nd day shipments.


Shipping Charges

Regular ground shipping costs are based on the order total; you have to update them at the end of your order. For expedited shipping options additional fees apply; they do not include Saturday delivery. All fees exclude Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.

If you wish to have your order sent with a signature required it is an additional $3.50.

International Ordering Guidelines

All international orders are reviewed by our customer service staff before the order is released for shipment.  This could take 1 or 2 additional business days before your order ships. Please note, for international orders we do not place out of stock items on back order.

To expedite your order please call +1-770-922-3700 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Eastern Time to speak with a customer service representative.   

The freight cost that was calculated for your internet order might not be correct for your shipping location. Our customer service staff will review your order and let you know by e-mail if the order or the freight cost needs to be amended before it can ship.  You must reply by e-mail within 5 days to confirm the charges or the order will be canceled.  Any order that requires changes will not be processed or shipped unless you have agreed to the change.

We are not responsible for any import duties or local taxes you might be required to pay.  We accept no liability for packages seized by customs.  Please check local laws before ordering.

Please make sure you include a correct email address and daytime telephone with your order.  We must include this information on the shipping label in case the shipper or customs needs to make contact.

Shipping Protection

If you added shipping insurance with Costumes and Collectibles, you can contact us directly through live chat or email us at costumesandcollectibles@gmail.com. We’ll assist you with any issues related to packages that are lost, damaged during transit, or stolen.

For packages marked as "delivered" but not received, and where there’s no evidence of theft, claims must be submitted between 5 and 15 days after the delivery date. This allows time to confirm the package wasn’t misdelivered or located later within your property. For packages marked as lost (not delivered), claims should be filed after 7 days for domestic orders (20 days for international) but no later than 30 days after the last tracking update.

If you didn’t purchase package protection with your order, Costumes and Collectibles cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. In such cases, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
